How To Serve Up The Best Customer Service

October 27, 2014/in Blog /by Aaron

At Microtek, customer service is everything.  We’ve written about it a lot, but we always strive to ensure that we’re delivering the best service possible for all our customers.  Not only do we focus on our very own customers, but we want to make sure that our clients are providing exceptional service to their customers as well.

We believe that our customers are the core of how we do business day in and day out.  Their happiness is our success.  These two easy steps will help your company excel in satisfactory customer service and stay ahead of other businesses that aren’t utilizing these resources:

  1. Scan Your Documents – We’ve said it over and over.  Scan your documents!  Being able to locate and retrieve your customer’s information quickly is key.  Nowadays, people want instant gratification and expect to get information now rather than later.  Trying to locate a paper document takes up way more time than the convenience to locate it digitally, which means you’re not only holding up the customer but you’re hurting your company’s productivity.  Digging through file cabinets should definitely be a thing of the past and could be holding your company back indefinitely.
  2. Document Management Software – These proficient and highly secured systems are vital when working within a company that works with masses of documents and customer/patient information.  Typically, once a company scans all their documents, they’re placed within a document filing system known as document management software.  Here, files can be easily accessed, retrieved, and shared among pertinent clients or coworkers.  Also, being able to access documents via computer, laptop, mobile device, or tablet allows you to share documents with customers while interacting over the phone or face-to-face.

Again, these are two very easy steps that will help your company achieve the level of service that your customers need and deserve.  Streamlining customer service should be the focus of all companies to make everyone’s lives a bit easier and less stressful, while keeping your office space and company more organized and efficient.

For more information or any questions on how you can keep your customers happy and how you can better your company overall, please contact Microtek today to speak with one of our customer service specialists!
