Finding The Perfect Imaging Company: Part 2

April 29, 2014/in Blog /by Aaron

“How long have they been in business?”

This is always a great question to research for any business prior to starting any project.  The length of time that a business has been around can sometimes be one of the most beneficial indicators of their work ethics, success rates, customer service and reliability.  Working with an established business that has been around for years can give the customer an overall sense of ease and trust and are likely to refer their business to other people.

According to an article in Forbes, 7 out of 10 new employer firms survive at least 2 years, half at least 5 years, a third at least 10 years and a quarter stay in business 15 years or more.  Microtek can safely say that we’re part of that quarter percent of small businesses and have well surpassed 15 years.

Coming up on almost 50 years, Microtek has worked hard to perfect the art of document management and customer service.  Headquartered in St. Louis, Microtek was founded in 1968 and has dedicated themselves to their customers’ projects ever since.  We apply our almost 50 years of experience to every project that we manage to maximize efficiency and to achieve a premium level of customer satisfaction.

When exploring the lifespan of a business, it also helps to research other customers or companies that have previously used their services and have worked directly with them.  When a business has strong and credible references from other firms in the industry or firms using their services for similar applications, this allows customers to gain good insight of their services, work strategy and whether or not they’re capable of fulfilling client and project demands.

There’s a reason why people stress the importance of experience and knowledge of a credible document imaging company.  It’s what makes the business strong and successful and Microtek clients know this first hand.

We want to show you how Microtek can help!  All of our work is guaranteed!  If you have any questions, would like any additional information, or would like a free and no obligation estimate, please don’t hesitate to call us at 314-872-3322 or 800-264-2808 and ask for Mark Sandheinrich or Aaron Liess, or email us at sales@microtekstl.com.  Thank you!
